New York strip steak is my favorite. My meal was very good, steak was medium rare as ordered. Sides were perfect and plentiful. Only suggestion I have would be to season the steak for cooking, salt and pepper etc. My wife had Chicken Monterey and loved it. We drove from Bloomsburg and it was worth the trip! We shall return.
